Once Bresson fled to Africa after a heart break, he shot and sold game to local villagers. Through hunting he found ways to put that knowledge into his photos. It is with this knowledge that i think he took with him when he traveled back in France and became close to the surrealist. He took this shot of the three African Boys "Three Boys at Lake Tankanyika," and it captures the raw images of life in that environment. I find his whole story very interesting.
